If you are looking to utilize coach Ashlyn’s coaching methods in a virtual group setting, this program brings participants structure and accountability to their goals without the cost or customization of 1 on 1 coaching.

**1 on 1 Coaching requires a 30 days notice of cancellation to info@perfectfit4u.ca after the minimum 3 month requirement has been met.

** This program requires a 3 month minimum commitment.

  • Monthly email submission check in
  • Weekly group challenges
  • Access to PF4U nutrition and fitness app
  • Customized Macros
  • Updated training programming every month with 4-5 days per week with home & gym options
  • Group Facebook page for connection, community and ongoing updates
  • Macro workshops

** This program can be cancelled up to 7 days before your next payment. All cancellation notices must be submitted to info@perfectfit4u.ca.
