(Example: I need to improve my adherence to my workouts, I need to drink
more water, I need to wake up earlier to get to the gym on time, I need to focus on my
recovery, I need to make more time to do X, I need to make sure I am pre-planning my
lunches, etc.)
Did you realize you actually love burpee's/ wall sits? Did you surprise yourself with your ability to adapt? Did you discover an awesome new book? Did you try out a new method of cooking your chicken?
