Perfectfit4u offers Team Training in preparation for two of Alberta’s largest Female Fitness Events: Femsport Athletics Competition © and Grit N’ Grace Challenge ©.

Both events will be held in June 2020 with Team Perfectfit4u training for these events beginning March 23rd, 2020.

*All athletes who wish to be assigned Perfectfit4u Teammate(s) must complete a mock competition at Perfectfiti4u prior to chosen event.

Description

#Perfectfit4u provides the option for clients to complete training for their event of choice through virtual training or 1x per week group training or 2x per week group training.

The option to add customized nutrition programming, additional body composition testing, independent training sessions and a team tracksuit will also be offered.

All team training runs 12-weeks in length: beginning in MARCH and ending in JUNE. Team training is only offered ANNUALLY (1x per year) and can be used in preparation for either Femsport, Grit N’ Grace OR both events.

Please note: each participant who chooses to compete in Femsport will be asked to complete the following obstacles on competition day:

  • 18” Box Jumps (50 for time)
  • ~250 lb.+ Tire Flip (6 for time)
  • Burpees with 40 lb. Sandbag Press (15 for time)
  • Obstacle Course (balance beam, farmer carry, agility poles/ladders, car push)
  • Kettlebell Carry/Run (shuttling 50-70 lb. Kettlebells from one stand to the next, for time)
  • Tire Pull (running backwards pulling tires with a rope, for time)

Please note: each participant who chooses to compete in Grit N’ Grace will be asked to complete the following obstacles on competition day:

  • 20’’ Box Jumps with bodyweight burpee (15x per partner)
  • 24m Farmer Carry relay with assorted jug weights (5x per partner)
  • Car Pull of motorized vehicle (8m in length, 3x per partner)
  • Shuttling of various tires onto and off of a pole (10m shuttle, 4.5-6 ft. pole)
  • Completion of a flat, 1-mile run.
