  • Recommended every 4-6 weeks throughout your program
  • Fitness assessments completed in the PF4U Private Personal Training Centre
  • The session is 50 min in length
  • Fitness Assessments cover:
    • measurements
    • cardiovascular fitness
    • strength
    • flexibility
    • agility
    • endurance.


Fitness assessments are recommended every 4-6 weeks throughout your programs length. Fitness assessments are completed in the PF4U Private Personal Training Centre and are 50 min in length. Fitness Assessments cover a client’s measurements, cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, agility and endurance.

Join us today for an in-person fitness assessment designed to test you and help us determine where exactly your fitness level is at. A fitness assessment will help you understand your exact baseline measurement in terms of your strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance.

Please Note: Assessments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM only. All assessments are performed in the #Perfectfit4u Personal Training facility.
