Fitness assessments are recommended every 4-6 weeks throughout your programs length. Fitness assessments are completed in the PF4U Private Personal Training Centre and are 50 min in length. Fitness Assessments cover a client’s measurements, cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, agility and endurance.
