Fitness Assessment


A Perfectfit4u Certified Personal Trainer will lead you through a series of tests that will measure your physical fitness level. The tests assess five components of physical fitness that make up total fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and agility. This 50 minute assessment will take place in Perfectfit4u’s private gym setting.
